Detailed application for 47 dwellings had resolution to approve subject to S106 agreement but was not pursued by developer (Avant). Superseded by permission for 83 assisted living dwellings comprising 71 flats and 12 bungalows; yield estimate assumes 50% brownfield as the layout shows the location of dwellings would be evenly spread betwen the PDL and greenfield parts of the site.
